Hi Jodie, tell us what you do for a living?

I’m a History Teacher.

How and why did you first get involved with RRC?

I’m quite new, I recently moved back to Bury from Rochdale and I wanted someone to run with!

What is your favourite running memory or moment?

Probably completing the Lakeland 50 ultra which is my favourite running race of all time.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise us...
I only started running when I was 30, i evented horses up til then and thought my husband was stupid for entering the Great North Run!

Who would be your 4 fantasy dinner guests (dead or alive)?

Julius Caesar, Peter O’Toole (actor), Stephen Fry and Camille Herron (runner).

What is your pre-race routine?

Peanut butter and jam sandwiches and always a failure to warm up properly!
